While it would be easy to post a classic Belgian beer, they should be aged longer. L’ermitage has a lovely location with a large taplist of their own beers and others from Belgium. The staff were helpful and friendly. And the pizza was delicious. Out of the three beers I had, I felt this one was the best. It had a slight tea note that rounded out into a nice fruity body.
