제가 항상 가고 싶었던 곳인데 일주일에 이틀만 문을 열어요! 다행히 브뤼셀에 도착한 것은 개장 둘째 날이에요. 쓰리폰테이넌은 쉽게 갈 수 있고 실내든 실외든 아름다운 환경을 가지고 있어요. 직원들은 친절하고 환영해요. 그리고 물론 맥주는 환상적이에요. 이 우데 람빅은 양조장에서만 직접 드실 수 있어서 찾기가 힘들어요. 탄산이 부족하면 바디가 부드러워지고 신 노트가 축축해집니다. 전반적으로 멋진 경험이었어요. 빨리 돌아가고 싶어요.

It’s a place I’ve always wanted to go but it’s closed most of the week! Luckily we arrived in Brussels on the second day it’s open. 3 Fonteinen is easy to get to and has a lovely setting wether inside or out. The staff are friendly and welcoming. And of course the beer is top notch. This Oude Lambik is hard to come by as it’s serving style can only come direct from them. The lack of carbonation makes a soft body and dampens the sour notes. All in all a lovely experience. Can’t wait to go back.
