Botivo and Celebrity Chef Ottolenghi Collaborates On New Middle Eastern Inspired Non-Alcoholic Aperitivo

Everyone's favorite non-alcoholic aperitif brand Botivo has announced a new limited edition release, this time inspired by Middle Eastern flavours that define celebrity chef Yotam Ottolenghi's restaurants.
The creation of this expression was a close collaboration between Botivo co-founder Sam Paget Steavenson, as well as Ottolenghi and his bar team.
Presenting the ideal marriage of Ottolenghi’s favourite aromatics with Botivo’s bittersweet botanicals, the aperitif is said to offers flavours of pomegranate molasses, the warming sourness of black cardamom, and bright notes of rose.
The recommended way to enjoy this is over ice with soda and a lime wheel, though an addition of either vermouth and gin are recommended for those with an inclination toward something boozier.
Ottolengh's restaurants Rovi and Nopi will be serving bespoke cocktails featuring the aperitivo as celebration for the launch.
For those interested, the limited edition can be found at all Ottolenghi delis, and online at both Botivo and Ottolenghi's websites for £32 (US$40) per 500ml bottle.
