Knickerbocker
- 2 oz rum
- 1/2 oz raspberry syrup or Chambord
- 1/2 oz orange curaçao
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- lime wedge
- ice
- fresh raspberries, blackberries or blueberries (optional)
1. Shake the rum, raspberry syrup, orange curaçao and lime juice with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.
