Django Unchained (2012)
Polynesian Pearl Diver
- 1 1/2 oz aged column-still rum
- 1/2 oz demerara rum
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz fresh orange juice
- 1/2 oz pearl diver’s mix
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- Garnish: edible orchid
- Garnish: pineapple leaf
Add all the ingredients into a blender with 1/2 cup pebble ice and blend on high for 20 seconds. Fine-strain into a Pearl Diver glass (or Tiki mug) and top with pebble ice. Garnish with an edible orchid and a pineapple frond. Serve with a straw.
