Scotch & Soda
- 2 oz scotch
- Club soda, chilled, to top
- Garnish: lemon twist (optional)
1. Add the scotch to a highball glass filled with ice.
2. Top with club soda and stir briefly to combine.
3. Garnish with an optional lemon twist.
