Blueberry Yuzu Gin Fizz

1.5 oz Kyoto Distillery Ki No Bi gin

1 oz yuzu liqueur

1 sprig Rosemary

3 fresh blueberries

soda water to top

muddle Rosemary and blueberries.  shake with gin,  yuzu liqueur,  and lemon/yuzu juice.  fine strain over ice and top with soda water. Garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel and dried Rosemary sprig.

I started with the idea of doing a Tom Cello with Yuzu Liqueur replacing the limoncello but decided to add a few other flavors to the mix.  The dried Rosemary added a really pleasant aroma to compliment the flavor of the drink. I think next time I'll up the amounts of gin and yuzu liqueur. This was nice but I want it a bit stronger.
