Dark ‘N Stormy:

Make sure you’re using Gosling’s Black Seal Rum when you’re making a Dark ‘N Stormy™. Otherwise you’re making a ginger beer and rum with some lime. Rather than a lime pirate ship, it’s more practical to serve this with a lime wedge to be squeezed into the drink. (Garnish inspiration from @cocktailarium.app).

4oz GINGER BEER
FRESH LIME JUICE

•Fill a collins glass with ice and ginger beer, leaving room for 2oz of rum
•Pour rum on top and serve with a lime wedge
