I couldn’t not make a drink called Cameron’s Kick. The origin of this cocktail is blurry, so we can’t ask why someone thought putting scotch and Irish whiskey together would work. But it does.

1oz SCOTCH (@monkeyshoulder)
1oz IRISH WHISKEY (@jamesonwhiskey)
1/2oz ORGEAT (@liberandco)
1/2oz FRESH LEMON JUICE

•Combine ingredients and shake 10 seconds
•Double strain into chilled footed-rocks glass
•Express lemon oil over top
•Garnish with lemon peel and cocktail cherry
