Coffee Rum Old Fashioned

2 oz coffee infused Havana Club 7 year

.25 oz homemade cinnamon syrup

2 dash chocolate bitters

1 dash lemon bitters

stir, strain over cubes, express lemon twist and garnish.
I've been hooked on a coffee infusion thing recently if you couldn't tell from my last few posts. I quickly threw this together with stuff I already had on hand and I'm happy with the result. the coffee flavor comes through strong and mixes perfectly with the tobacco and vanilla notes in the rum. Cinnamon, chocolate, and lemon are classic coffee pairings that round this out. It makes for a quick and easy riff on a classic.
