Cubata Sour
This is the Cubata Sour, my little twist on the Cubata (a variation of a Cuba Libre using aged rum instead of white or gold)
2oz Havana Club 7 year
1oz Lime Juice
.75oz Coca-cola Reduction (1/6)
.25oz Fernet Branca
Barspoon of Vanilla Syrup
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Egg white
Reverse dry shake all and garnish with Haribo coke bottle gummies.
