Mr. Daq
With all this extra free time I'm finally catching up on drink photos. This one is the Mr. Daq from the Boston Baijiu Bar opening menu. It's just a simple split base daiquiri, but it's one of my favorite drinks from the pop up because of how well it illustrates Strong aroma baijiu's role in a cocktail.
All you need is...
1 oz Ming River Baijiu
1 oz Rum Bar USA Silver or other unaged Jamaican rum
1 oz Lime juice
.75 oz simple syrup
Shake, strain up, no garnish.
