The Kingston Negroni

This is one of my favorite Negroni variations. This uses one of my favorite rums out there. It's a classic Jamaican rum thats funky and full of esters. Mixed with the bitterness of Campari and the vanilla notes of Carpano It makes for a dangerously strong and flavorful negroni variation.

• 1oz Smith and Cross navy strength
• 1oz Campari
• 1oz Carpano Antica formula

Stir and serve with an orange twist.
