The White Negroni 

• 1oz Suze
• 1oz Giulio Cocchi Americano
• 1.5oz Kyoto Distillery Ki No Bi Gin

This is one of my favorite cocktails. I'm a slut for any negroni but i'd consider settling down for this one. Suze, a bitter gentian liquor from France takes the place of the traditional Campari in this one.

Cocchi Americano replaces the sweet vermouth, although lillet blanc also works. And then pick your favorite gin. Stir and strain over rocks, and express grapefruit peel over the glass.

Then enjoy your drink.
