First time ordering from Sun Bird Brewing. The website didn't really offer alot of information but the pre sales Facebook response was commendable;very responsive and helpful.

Ordered the 12-bottle variety to share during a lunch gathering at my friend's, was a little disappointed that there were not enough variety in the bundle (just 3) but I'm guessing this has something to do with their intention to ensure the freshest beer arriving at your door steps.

Beer were delivered chilled and all the beers had notable freshness which shows that alot of thought had been placed in the last mile delivery.
Best of all, Sun Bird Brewing offers a monthly season brew so very looking forward to that after trying these 3!

Strawberry Mojito

Seasonal brew to celebrate valentines and lunar new year. I for one was pretty skeptical on this one as I haven't had many good ones with berries as they usually turn out too sour or taste too artificial (drug companies have been doing too good of a job with those red syrups). Anyway, turns out there's no strawberry. Lol. There's lime, rum and peppermint instead. I find it pretty daring to use peppermint in beer as it's not a herb that is favored by many and also added on to my slight disappointment as 8/12 were of this and not many of my friends wanted more than 2 servings of it. I find this straw ale refreshing, sourness is just right for my palate and I like peppermint 😁

Fly In Light

Yet another pale ale that I would recommend. Poured with a deep gold body, the hoppiness is just right (to my palate; and I can't take too bitter), it's more on the maltiness end and the lasting fruity aroma helps enhanced the taste.

Fluff Up

Very light, fruity with a clean flavor. Slight sourness and very enjoyable. This says alot from someone who doesn't pick wheat beer as first choice.
