Tropical Hazy IPA | ABV 7.0%

This, is my default constant fruity hazy IPA. Nothing extremely special but it's one of my comfort hazy IPAs I'll always go back to if it's on tap especially.

Not too fruity, not too sweet either from all the tropical fruits, just pleasant sweet-sour aromas of ripe pineapples. A little bit of Thai papaya/mango salad without the heat, citrusy and a lil tangy, makes you thirsty but satisfies your thirst at the same time.

Smooth and silky mouth-feel of pineapple pulp that has been grated, blended, fried and blended again - similar to the process of how pineapple jam's made for pineapple tarts. Slightly sticky, jammy, piney...and somewhat chewy.

Again, this beer wasn't for me, I've converted my dad and got his approval for this beer - "nice, not bad, better than all your sours" (ok I get it, he will rather drink IPAs and lagers if he had a choice but it's my beer fridge 😂)
