There’s the tendency to discount Chimay on account of it being the easiest of the Trappist beers to obtain in Singapore, but availability does not equate to mediocrity.

Of Chimay’s three beers, the Blue is my favourite. Unlike the popular styles of today, it tastes like what you would expect beer to taste like, just really good. For that reason, you can consider Chimay Blue an essential stop on any beer lover’s journey.
