A rare Catalan beer weighing in at a whopping 11% abv, this is (quite bizarrely) one of the best strong stouts I've ever come across. Vanilla always works well to temper the heat of strong stouts but the prime ingredient here is pistachio which shouldn't even lend itself to such a dark and sweet brew, but yet is subtle enough to beautifully complement the sweet maltiness and vanilla. Magnificent.
