Definitely a stout to share, I can't finish all of this by myself. Smells like warm gingerbread cookies, with a strong lingering spice & herbal finish. We all shared it and someone commented that they get braised duck from this - I get Chinese spice; star anise, peppercorns, cloves, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, ginger and soy sauce.

Drink this when it's chilled, I wouldn't recommend it warm, it's get extremely spice-y and gao (sensory overload)! This will be great as a festive drink, especially for Christmas 🎄
