You can immediately taste the unique flavour of aged beer at the first sip. I got confused by the packaging so was expecting the honey taste then realised the beer was nothing to do with honey 😂. Unfilterd and un pasteurised so it was cloudy and flat. The canary beer body was very enticing. Moderate sourness with lemony aftertaste. First encounter with Wild Street Brewing Co and it was definitely a good experience, can't wait to try more their beer.
