Had to try the 2022 after the 2021 left us bananas. This was....... something else. This poured thick and viscous, and instantly coats the glass. Concentrated honeyed bananas dominates the nose and you really can't smell much else. Some sweet vanilla as well perhaps. This was an absolute sugarbomb. Taste of cloyingly sweet overripe bananas mixed in a barrel of honey. Minimal barrel aged notes, leaving this beer a one way ticket to sugartown. Swallowing the beer is like taking a shot of honey, it feels like it would almost give you a sore throat and leaves your throat feeling a little spikey.

500ml split eight ways was the perfect amount for me. Would i drink this everyday? Absolutely not. But I would love a small amount of this as a sweet dessert once in a while. Truly the pastriest stout of 'em all, fantastic experience.
