Do you know that gose beer has the background of coriander and salt? I didn’t until now, but I kind of glad I didn’t know earlier as I am not a big fan of coriander. Maybe that’s why I always found there was something not quite right about gose. Apart from that, this one was refreshing and crispy, the light mouthfeel made it a good summer drink. The mild saltiness encouraged me to drink one sip after another and it quenched the thirst of the body. If you don’t mind coriander, this is the one for you.
