Halloween Party 🦇🎃👻

Gotta be honest, I haven't had many Sunbird brews. But was introduced to their flagship shop/bar in the quiet part of Northern SG (their brewery is in the wild west) and was surprised by their wide selection which includes brews with locally infused flavours like the Ondeh Ondeh Porter and other funky ones like Maotai ale.

 
The Halloween Party Blood Orange IPA is one of their award winning brews. Low in hoppiness. Starts of with citrus notes and some tangy-ness. Good mouthfeel. The finish is a bit boozy but balanced with a subtle bittersweet-dry grapefruit hints.

Will be back! They serve food too. Had the otah bomb which went perfectly with the beer - slightly spicy, crunchy on the outside with generous chunks of otah/fish.
