Never tried honeyberry itself before so didn’t know what to expect. If you ever wondered it’s a bit like the combo of blueberry, blackberry and raspberry. Just like every of their sour beer, this one was absolutely delicious – thick and rich mouthfeel and full of fruity flavour, for a second, I thought I was drinking smoothie because it tasted so natural and refreshing until the 7.2% alcohol kicked in. Enticing burgundy beer body enhanced the drinking experience. It’s so exquisite that you will want to drink with someone who shares the same passion about sour beer.
