Hop shaped box 🎁🎁🎁

Great collab by the folks at Behemoth and HOD. Good mouthfeel, hazy, and mildly juicy. Prominent herbal and floral notes, ending off slightly dry and grapefruity. Difficult to get tired of this and definitely a great take on the otherwise more common juicy NEIPAs.

Paired with some appetisers. My friends and I were blown away by the blossom onion (not pictured). An entire onion sliced - with its whole shape maintained - and then deep fried in a house-made batter. The special Ziggy Zaggy burger was great too, featuring a juicy patty topped with a generous slab of foie gras.

The place is spacious, yet feels cozy. Retro vibes with the walls of their counter decorated with floppy disks, and the floor lined with old school tiles. The chairs are a nice touch and remind me of the director's chair in movie sets (or the army field chair 🤣)

10/10 will be back. Hear say there will be a tap takeover soon!
