Had a pretty good experience trying the gose brewed by @brewerkzsg the other time and bought this one from @templecellars during their free delivery promo in Dec (cause, why not right?).

Inspired by how locals like to eat fruits with sour plum powder (for the record I'm not like the locals😅). This version poured with a very nice golden body, moderately carbonated and had a remarkable Starfruit aroma.

In my opinion, it tasted extremely sour, to the extent that I might have forgotten that it's actually a beer. This would be a version of gose that would attract only acquired taste buds like my wife who liked it alot. This could also be because like I said, I'm not like the locals in this aspect. 😅
