La Sirene - 2018 Darebin Wild Ale 🇦🇺

Pinpointing a favourite La Sirene wild
ale is a difficult task for me but I think I’ve found it here. Obviously it’s funky and tart but to me the balance between those flavours and the fruitiness is completely on point here. Clean, yet full of fruit and funk. Divine.
