Imperial Horchata Pastry Sour | ABV 8.5%

Aromas of toasted cinnamon, tastes like a light dessert beer with punchy spice-y notes and a sprinkle of toasted coconut flakes on top. Pours thin with a thick mouthfeel, a little creamy saltiness in the middle. Sweet like Cinnamon Toast Crunch, savoury like cinnamon french toast, sour with a bit of Auntie Anne's cinnamon pretzel 😋

Ps. I think it tasted a lot better when I was high off a bottle share with plenty of barrel aged stouts, sours & IPAs 😂
