I've tried a few tea beers in the past and always feel that it's a nice combo especially those from Taiwanese breweries (or like the way they use local ingredients such as brown sugar and their tea leaves).
Poured with a muddy pale yellow body, the earl grey aroma was dominating. Mouthfeel was a little like milk tea less cream and now that I think of it... It's like Kombucha. There's also a dry sweet aftertaste.

It's really getting hard to catch up with the monthly seasonals from Sun Bird, it's also unfortunate that I missed the rose oolong they did prior to this!
