Strawberry Pina Colada Sour | ABV 4.7%

Another delightful surprise, didn't expect this to pour thin just because I saw what kind of sour this was. I expected thicker, smoothie-like consistency with heavy creaminess; it's a Pina Colada sour after all right? Wrong!

I don't get any creaminess at all, the strawberry, pineapple and mango in this is rather light and focuses more on the tartness than sweetness. Very smashable and easy-drinking! The coconut's hidden somewhere, still have yet to find it, I think this warrants another tasting next week 😉

I had this sour after 2 imperial stouts and a mix of other sours & IPAs, successfully ended the night cleanly (and clearly 😂)
