ORIGIN: Australia
ABV: 10%
VOL: 440ml
STYLE: Imperial Pastry Stout
Potent fumes of molasses, cocoa and vanilla. Pours very thick, with a heavy nitro foam head. On tasting, there's a lot of dark rum sweetness at first, with an alcoholic sting from the 10% ABV. Then you find the rich dark chocolate flavours, as well as aged oak and roast coffee to round out the sweetness. Very full-bodied and creamy, almost buttery in texture.
Like drinking a chocolate brownie. Delish.
