Paulaner Maibock
This is definitely a nice pick from the bock beer style. It's a first for me trying this bottom fermented lager style which originated from Germany as a seasonal for spring (or in May, the Mai in maibock stands for May) and another name for this is Helles Bock as it's paler compared to the traditional Bock which is known for its copper body, malty/toasty taste with very little to no hoppiness. As I read this, the more I want to try traditional Bock as you may know my taste buds have a greater liking for beers in the malt spectrum.

Poured with an amber body, it's lightly carbonated and easy drinking. Tasted of caramel with toasty notes. Very likeable in my opinion.
If you have been to this brewery, you'll know that they play live music where the stage is just next to the fermentation tanks which leads me to thinking that there maybe a possibility that music may have some effect on their brews? This is probably going to be another beer/geek article for another day. π§
