Mango, orange, passion fruit crème brûlée sour – how can you resist such combination of fruit? The lactose gave it the creamy and rich mouthfeel. Generally speaking, I like the sour beers brewed with lactose as they are mostly well balance the sourness and sweetness, so less sharp and silkier. The beautifully mixed tropical fruits brought the summer to the grey and rainy Ireland weather.
