Double Dry Hopped Double IPA with wheat and hopped w/ Galaxy, Mosaic & Centennial.

Amazingly, by using these "old" hops the aroma is massive on stone fruits, mainly nectarine and mango, then some sweet citrus. Canned on May 24. A months ago.
Hazy straw yellow, frothy, persistent head with some laces.

Medium bitterness and low perceived sweetness, but very juicy, with nectarine, mango, tangerine and grapefruit peel. Neutral malts. Dank and earthy on the finish. Great balance, very smooth.

Creamy and pillowy mouthfeel, just a little hop-burn, alcohol massively hidden.

One of those that Monkish makes, easily drinkable, smooth, juicy, maybe not distinctive but always perfectly crafted.
