Sense of Symmetry NEIPA, Alive Brewing, 7% ABV

Brewed by a local brewery which just celebrate their first year anniversary. I though this was the first time I was trying a New England IPA, but realized there's so many alternative names to this like hazy IPA and juicy somethings. I remembered I had a hazy IPA before but I don't think it made a lasting impression like this one I tried.

Like an IPA, this beer style is hop heavy and to use juicy to describe this is quite apt. The appearance of the beer looks almost like a juice; more like a ice blended mango if you ask me. Mouthfeel is noticeable thick as you could imagine and this is made possible by adding other ingredients. Also, it's highly recommended that you drink it as early as possible as the aroma and taste would degrade quickly overtime. So I was fortunate that I picked this first out of the beers from my @subscribeerssg subscription for this month.

This brew was mangoish all round, hoppiness was heavy on the first sip and this was quickly negated by the sweet aftertaste, making it really easy drinking and probably the reason why it had been in recent times quite a popular style that is sought-after.
