Garage Project - Shinrin Yoku Sour. Wow.
I don’t even know where to begin explaining this beer but think of a NZ craft brewer releasing a sour beer fermented with cherry blossom, barrel aged on Japanese Ume plum and infused with green tea. It is all that and more. Not for the casual craft beer drinker but one for the enlightened 😉 Beautiful.
