Siloso Beach Lime Sea Salt Gose, Brewerkz Singapore x Sentosa Island, 3.4% ABV

This is my first time trying this beer style. Originated from Germany where they used slightly saline water from the Gose river to ferment this beer style. It's a hybrid using half barley and half wheat malt. Pouring into a pale cloudy yellow body, the sourness wasn't too overwhelming and the saltiness did bring another dimension to its taste profile.

It is quite apt using this beer style as an expression of our famous beach in @sentosa_island; think sun tanning on the beach and having a margarita.

If anyone were to ask me (don't think anyone would though) to introduce a beer that could be drank as an appetizer before a meal, this would be it.
