Stereo Mono Cashmere and Stereo Mono Mosaic. A pair of DDH single hop IPAs by @toolbeer of Denmark.

Cracked these open on Monday to share with @wheelswheelsandmeals when he came over for dinner with the fam. Didn’t get photos of the actual liquid, but you know the drill: cloudy orange-yellow juice in the glass yum 😋

Of the two, I preferred Cashmere over Mosaic. The tropical flavours of pineapple and mango work better with the hazy IPA style than the lemon-lime of Mosaic. In fact, we were both reminded of Mama Lemon dishwashing liquid. Nostalgic, but probably not exactly the kind of aroma you want from your beer.

Edit: I mistakenly said that I’d had a Mosaic IPA by Founders before but that is simply not true; no such beer exists! I was thinking of their Centennial IPA, which didn’t leave much of an impression on me.
