Pours a deep amber/copper hue, a little hint of (damp?) truffle aroma, quite malty, mid-palate of bitter truffle and finishes off on a bit of sticky resin note. Circling back to that damp aroma - it reminds me of sharp, pungent blue cheese.
Interesting but confusing. Don't get me wrong, I love truffles; but I'm not sure how I love it in a beer. I'll just keep having truffles on my fries & pasta, sorry!
