Track Brewing Co Journeys to the Daylight DIPA x Nirvana - Nevermind

[Bridge]
You, you, you
You, you, you
*Kurt's rubber duck sounds*

Singles session brought to you today by Drain You off Nivarna's Nevermind and Journeys to the Daylight DIPA by @trackbrewingco

A song originally titled Formula "Drain You" was first recorded in the spring of 1991, when Cobain and Nirvana drummer Dave Grohl visited Melvins drummer Dale Crover and his then-girlfriend Debbi Shane in San Francisco, California, on their way to record what became Nevermind.

Butch Vig claims he often had to trick Cobain by falsely claiming that certain parts were not recorded correctly or were out of tune, and needed to be recorded again. Cobain recorded three vocal takes, with all three takes being used throughout the recording. The sounds during the interlude were made by Cobain in a variety of ways, including using his squeaky mouse and rubber duck toys the latter of which later appeared on the back cover of the band's 1992 compilation, Incesticide.

Let's hear about this beer!
As heavy, poppy and weird as the Nirvana lads comes this perfectly paired ale from the UK.
This IPA is lovingly brewed by the fantastic Track.
This tasty brew comes in a 440ml can and is 8.5% ABV Packing a punch!
The Brewery says: Have you ever wondered what it’d be like to shove your face into a bucket full of mangoes and fresh orange juice…? If, like me, it’s a regular thought for you then wonder no more! Immerse yourself in this thick, fruit bomb of deliciousness. Citra and Motueka ride a pillowy wave of extra pale malt, jumbo oats and wheat. A gentle bitterness accents the fruity top notes with an oily, lemon skin aftertaste which leaves you lusting for more. Hits of peach, lemon meringue, pineapple and custard apple continually pop giving a different experience with every sip. The finish is lingering and mouthwateringly refreshing.

Just wild and fun. Enjoy!
