Smells light bready, then I get the first notes of a freshly baked strawberry pie followed by the biscuit base of an Classic New York cheesecake. The more I sip, the more I get dark chocolate digestive biscuit & jam heart cookies.

The crumbly and slightly toasted pastry crust, then the full-bodied jammy strawberries finishes off. Not like a smooth processed strawberry jam, but a strawberry reduction sauce with boiled juicy strawberry chunks in it.

Yee-Haw!
