@onedropbrewingco Yo Yo Yo!
Tags: abundant, juicy, creamy, clean finish, satisfying, pastry sour, so good

Overall impression is that of an abundantly-provisioned pastry sour with plenty of fruit purée to start and ending with a big ABV expression of the fruited sour ale style that is satisfying without having to overthink the quaffing experience. Fruit: check. Cream: check. Sour: check. Mind blown: check.

STATS: 5/5
8.5%ABV. Imperial fruited sour (pastry sour style).
Color: opaque creamy red-purple.
SRM: NA
Nose: berry compote, blackberry jam, blueberry Greek yogurt, strawberry candy, hints of yogurt lactic sour which slides very nicely into the fruity sour spectrum.
Mouthfeel: medium-full with a smoothie-like impression.
Carbonation: moderate
Palate: water biscuit, cream crackers, sweet dough.
Hop palate: woody, just present, made just a little more obvious by the ABV.
Actual sweetness: moderate-high
Perceived sweetness: moderate
Actual bitterness: low
Perceived bitterness: low
Sour: moderate
Perceived sour: moderate-low. Gentle, fruity.
Finish and quality: brief, clean, pleasant with an impression of fresh fruit smoothie. The quality of the finish was excellent.
