It was hard to get to a festival or listen to a hottest 100 without the brilliant sounds of The Living End in the late 90's.

Aussie icons, these lads rock out at a live show, so much that I've seen all kinds of die hard rockers waiting for their favorite band to come on, shoulder to shoulder in sweat and beer, deep into the D-Barrier of the BDO pit, needing to pee, needing a fresh can, wondering where your mates are and looking at the 1 bar of battery left on your Nokia 3315 and thinking to yourself, should I save this to find my mates and call a cab at the end of the night or just rip out a game of snake 2. So much respect was paid to these guys, all songs were belted out, lyrics in their entirety, air guitars and everyone gave a round of applause after every song concluded. I bumped into Chris at a Metallica concert he was going to check out and I've gotta say, one of the coolest down to earth and humble lads you will ever meet. Very greatful.
The rockabilly flair with the sounds of the double bass and Chris Cheney being one of Australia's great guitarists makes it an easy listen and will take you straight back to what ever you were doing in 1998!
