I picked a mocktail today to ease into the week

A spritz typically has the traditional Prosecco in it but for the purposes of this one, a subtle riff which bubbles, refreshes and tastes just like summer definitely counts!

Aronian Spritz
70ml of @brunswickaces gin inspired, alcohol free sapiir
30ml @wolfandwald aronian organic juice
Generous pour of soda to top
Garnished with cinnamon stick and a sprig of thyme
