What an apt gin to sum up the weekend I’ve had.... one filled with endless laughter, sweet conversations and comfortable silences ... with friends!

The story is two good friends, stepped away from their completely diverse backgrounds and put their heads together, resulting in this very modern and versatile gin. The highlight of this one is the Touriga Nacional grapes. A definite citrus forward, it’s full bodied with a long finish. I garnished it with juniper berries which helped enhance the flavour profiles. Am glad I have this one!
