This was love at first sight! The attractive cobalt blue, slender glass bottle caught my eye almost immediately. It arrived just a couple of days ago and didn’t disappoint at all!
A 3 step distillation process is used, harnessing flavours first from juniper, then botanicals such as lemon peel, allspice, coriander and angelica and finally four grape varieties in the Bordeaux region.
This is really a beautiful London dry. A very citrus forward gin, it has a very subtle floral touch and beautifully holds a long peppery/warm finish.
