Another Christmas gin- this time in a tin!
Juniper. Orange Peel. Star Anise. Nutmeg. Allspice. Imagine a combination of these botanicals and more! On the nose, you would not be able to miss the fragrant orange peel. This, balanced with the festive warmth coming from the allspice and nutmeg totally allows the flavours to come through. Hints of star anise finishes this well.... it’s really Christmas in a tin!
