In as much as it’s not as common, it’s pretty easy to pair your gin with the kind of food which complements its taste and really echoes the botanicals that go into the gin. Gin is so versatile so it goes fabulously well with many savoury treats.
So I paired @ironballsofficial with our homemade popiah, which is flecked with chilly! What a match made in heaven! The refreshing sip provides such a great relief to that burst of heat emanating from the chilly.
