A showcase of the Vietnamese identity, this gin is symbolic of the spice trade hub that was once in Hoi An. With cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, pepper, lime and pomelo, this gin has quite a contrast. Pop open the bottle and strong hints of spice and pepper hit you. As you taste it, it’s balanced with the zingy citrus flavours, mainly from the pomelo. What a treat to the senses!
