Happy 50th Anniversary to my two biggest supporters, my parents! Wish we were there in person to celebrate with them! But it’s nevertheless been a day full of celebrations ...... And its also that time of the year to usher in the Lunar New Year!

I decided to make a simple cocktail, which we really enjoyed. I used:
40ml @muigin
50ml freshly squeezed mandarin orange juice
20ml soda
5ml of homemade allspice syrup
